This is a combined synopsis/solicitation prepared under FAR Part 12 procedures, and no additional written solicitation will be issued. Funds are not presently available, and any government obligation is contingent upon appropriated funds becoming available. Offerors must submit quotes by email and include a signed Page 2 of the RFQ or equivalent information, a specification sheet matching the brand-name characteristics, and a stated period of performance/delivery time. The government reserves the right to cancel the solicitation before or after closing and prior to award, with no reimbursement of offeror costs.
