The 7th Contracting Squadron seeks a lease, including delivery to and from Dyess AFB, TX, of a bucket truck as described in the attached Statement of Work. This combined synopsis/solicitation is an RFQ under FAR Part 12 procedures, and the Government intends to place a firm-fixed-price contract. Quotes must be submitted by email and should include a signed Page 2 of the RFQ or equivalent, equipment specifications, and confirmation of delivery within 10 days after date of contract to Dyess AFB, TX. Evaluation will be based solely on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable, considering technical acceptability and price, with sufficient descriptive data required to validate that proposed items meet the SOW. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation prior to contract award and has no obligation to reimburse offeror costs.
