Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

This is a requirement to repaint an EB-47E Stratojet static display at Dyess AFB, with an option to also repaint an AGM-28 Hound Dog static display. An optional site visit is scheduled for April 7, 2026. All offers and questions must be submitted via email to the specified points of contact. The technical proposal must address specific areas including surface preparation, corrosion control, painting, and quality control. The government reserves the right to cancel the solicitation at any time without reimbursement to offerors.
