Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

The U.S. Air Force requires comprehensive sanitation services at Dyess Air Force Base in Texas under a five-year Blanket Purchase Agreement. The contractor will provide and service portable chemical latrines, ADA-compliant toilets, and hand-washing stations across the base, including rental, servicing, and response to routine, emergency, and special event needs. Strict performance standards, such as rapid emergency response and ensuring clean, operational equipment, are required. Questions must be submitted no later than April 3, 2026. Offers must be received no later than April 10, 2026.
