The Government intends to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to provide processing, cleaning, finishing, and packaging services for uniforms and linens in support of Dyess Air Force Base. The work must be performed with strict adherence to the pickup and delivery schedules defined in the Performance Work Statement. The BPA is designed to be a flexible and responsive contracting vehicle for recurring needs. All offerors must be registered in SAM.gov and comply with applicable federal regulations.
