This announcement does not constitute a solicitation, and no contract will be awarded from this RFI. The 7th Contracting Squadron at Dyess Air Force Base, Texas, is seeking information from potential sources capable of providing non-personal Aircraft Wash Rack Services. All work is expected to be performed in accordance with the attached draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) and applicable regulations. The Government is seeking industry feedback to determine the best acquisition strategy and to identify capable vendors. We are particularly interested in understanding industry pricing structures and obtaining Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) cost estimates. All interested and qualified sources are encouraged to respond. Please see the attached RFI document, which includes the draft PWS, specific questions for industry, and detailed instructions for submitting a response.
