The 7th Contracting Squadron at Dyess Air Force Base, Texas, is seeking information on potential sources for Laundry Cleaning Services. The required services include all laundry and dry cleaning with scheduled pickup and delivery specifically for Dyess AFB, Texas. The government is seeking industry feedback on pricing structures and Rough Order of Magnitude cost estimates to help plan its acquisition strategy. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; this is a Request for Quote (RFQ) and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract for this requirement. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. Quote Submission Information QUOTE SUBMISSION INFORMATION: E-mail is the required method for offer submission. The Contracting Specialist or Officer will send a confirmation email once your quote is received. If you do not receive a confirmation email, the Government did not receive your quote. By signing its offer, the offeror certifies that each price stated on each CLIN includes an appropriate apportionment of all costs, direct and indirect, all state and local taxes, overhead, and profit.
