19 AUG 2025 - Summary of changes: 1. Uploaded Final "QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS" document with all the contractor questions and Government responses. 2. Uploaded Site Visit Attendance Roster titled,"B7115 - SITE VISIT - Attendance Roster" 14 AUG 2025 AMENDMENT 02 - Summary of Changes: The purpose of this amendment is to: Update the"QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS" document with additional Government responses to Contractor questions. Remove the following verbiage from Section L - Instructions, Conditions, & Notices to Offerors or Quoters: "-(based on anticipated Award Date of 16 Aug)". Upload Amendment 02 SF30. All other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain unchanged. 04 AUG 2025 AMENDMENT 01 - The purpose of this amendment is to: 1) Upload Government answers to contractor questions. 2) Incorporate the document titled "QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS" dated 01 AUG 2025 3) upload amendment SF30 All other terms remain unchanged. The requirement is to coat the R-panel roof (approximately 17,740 sq ft) of the bowling alley at Building B7115, Dyess AFB, TX. The contractor shall: Properly prepare the existing R-panel roof by power washing, scraping, and cleaning to ensure proper adhesion of the new coating; apply an 80-mil seamless, aluminized polyurea spray-on roofing system to the roof according to the manufacturer's requirements; properly dispose of all waste off-base in compliance with regulations and provide the Government with an accounting of the waste weight; obtain approval for the contractor lay-down area; and use exterior methods for material transport to the roof. Any damage to the building or grounds must be repaired. The performance period for this project is 90 calendar days. The wood shake shingle areas are excluded from this scope.
