The Government intends to place a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract for this requirement. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date and prior to any contract award. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. Requirement: HDT AIRBEAM TEMPER SHELTERS - TYPE XLI - STAND ALONE -BILLET/ADMIN 1 (INCLUDES COMPRESSOR); GREEN - V00-010-042 (Brand Name or Equal) Requirement is an expeditionary tent that can be set up very rapidly (20 mins or less) with minimal personnel required (no more than 2-3). The tent listed here utilizes a compressor to fill structures within the tent that set it up. This meets the desired performance characteristics. The tent will be utilized for a contingency tactical operations center when our wing operations center (WOC) needs to move or is incapacitated. This tent, along with several other key items, will be standing by outside of our main WOC, ready to be relocated in the event our command and control element needs to move.
