This is presolicitation notice that Dyess AFB intends to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for the procurement of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) products and services in support of Civil Engineering (CE) operations. This BPA will provide a streamlined method for acquiring a broad range of HVAC-related materials, equipment, maintenance, and repair services necessary to support facility operations and infrastructure requirements. The BPA will serve as a flexible and responsive contracting vehicle to meet recurring needs in a timely and cost-effective manner. All vendors must be registered in SAM.gov and comply with all applicable federal regulations. Contract type: Blanket Purchase Agreement(s) Firm-Fixed Price One (1) basic year and four (4) option years This requirement will be 100% set aside small business..
