This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6 and 52.212-1, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; this is a Request for Quote (RFQ) and a written solicitation will not be issued. QUOTE SUBMISSION INFORMATION: E-mail is the required method for offering submission. The following are the brand name or equal salient characteristics required: EZ Touch Lane Machine, 110V or Equivalent - Lane Machine must have a touch screen for easy programming -Lane machine touch interface must show status of all machine functions as it travels down the lane -Lane machine must include spare parts kit/shim kit -Lane machine must not need cleaning cloth to dust lanes -Lane machine must be able to do multiple passes with up to 4 coats of oil if necessary -Lane machine must have one button program selection for easy selection of oil/cleaning program -Lane machine must clean and oil lanes in under a minute per lane -Lane machine must be able to apply over 100 units(30ml) of oil for maximum lane protection -Lane machine must come with pre-programmed USBC/WTBA compliant programs EZ Touch Spare Parts Kit 110V or Equivalent EZ Touch Agitator & Shim Kit or Equivalent Shipping and Handling, Installation.
