Amendment 0001 : The purpose of this Amendment is to add the Questions and Answers document to the RFQ solicitation. 7th Contracting Squadron, Dyess AFB has a requirement for a mobile crane, along with accessories and training, as stated below. Please see attached RFQ and Salient Characteristics document for more information on requirement specifications. Mobile Crane (SPYDERCRANE URW547 – brand name or equal) (refer to attached salient characteristics). Equipment Training for up to 10 individuals Cold Weather Kit: Engine Block Heater, Hyd. Oil Heater & Battery Heater Boom Tip Mounted LED Working Lights Single Person Work Platform, Boom Tip Mounted Black Ops Light Kit (or equal product) Protective Cover Spare Parts Equipment (see salient characteristics) Your offer shall include but is not limited to the following: 1. Complete (must be signed) Page 2-3 of RFQ (or contractor equivalent*) 2. FAR 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications para b only. 3.
