The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, personnel, supervision, management, tools, equipment, transportation, materials, and any other items necessary for the delivery and installation of a Honeywell (Vindicator) alarm system. This requirement includes training on the system after installation is completed. See attached Salient Characteristics and Statement of Work for detailed information.
