The purpose of this requirement is to provide service in accordance with the Performance Work Statement; Preventive & Emergency Maintenance Services of the 7 SFS Pelco Camera System, Dyess AFB Texas, dated 18 March 2025. ***Amendment #1*** This amendment extends the date of offers due for this solicitation from 30 May 2025 to 13 June 2025 10:00 AM CST to allot the customer time to respond to quesstions recieved, and for the answers to be posted as a second ammendment to this solicitation. An attachment for contractor questions has been added to this solicitation as well. The due date for all further questions to be submitted is 4 June 2025 10:00 AM CST. ***Ammendment #2*** This ammendment extends the date of offers due for this solicitation from 13 June 2025 to 20 June 2025 at 12:00 PM CST to give prospective vendors time to review the answers to questions. This amendment also provides pictures of the current Pelco server system, and updates the secondary point of contact to Bennie Simmons, viewable in the contact information section of this solicitation. All other terms and information remain unchanged.
