That transformer shall not be removed. See the updated SOW and the addendum form for more information. Change the offers due date to December 3rd, 2024, at 2:00 PM (CST). NOTE: If you have already submitted an offer, your offer will still be considered unless otherwise communicated. It can be changed, if desired, until the point in which the offers are now due. This is a solicitation for the building 9329 demoliton requirement for Dyess AFB. Please email any quotes to Lt. Joines at nathaniel.joines.1@us.af.mil and Mr. Danny Webb at danny.webb.2@us.af.mil NLT December 3rd, 2024 at 2:00 PM (CST). SITE VISIT: There will be an optional site visit for this requirement on November 13th at 10:00AM (CST). To attend the site visit, you must RSVP by November 8th at 10:00AM (CST). Dyess AFB is not an open base, and attendees must have a valid ID or contractor pass to access the base. Prime contractors who do not have the necessary identification to enter the base must arrange with the contracting office to be sponsored on the base. Send requests for base access via email to Lt. Joines at nathaniel.joines.1@us.af.mil at least three (3) business days before requested access. It is your responsibility to confirm that someone will be available to vouch you onto the base. Subcontractors must request access through their prime contractor POC. This solicitation is a 100% small business set aside reserved for 8(a) contractors only. Please ensure you are registered as an 8(a) small business under the assigned NAICS for this requirement. Any large business or non-8(a) small business proposals will not be considered under this solicitation. To include in your proposal: 1. Attached Solicitation document with the offeror information completed. 2. A technical approach document outlining how the requirements in the SOW will be accomplished. 3. A completed version of the attached pricing document outlining the metrics of your proposal pricing. 4. A complete progress schedule for the contract outlining timelines and percentages for work to be completed. NOTES: This solicitation is not authorization to begin performance, and in no way obligates the Government for any costs incurred by the offeror associated with developing a proposal. The Government reserves the right not to award a contract in response to this solicitation. Prior to commencement of any activities associated with performance of this requirement, the Government will issue a written directive or contractual document signed by the Contracting Officer with appropriate consideration established. Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government’s obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer.
