CST. Evaluation factor added: This requirement is a small-business set-aside and will be evaluated on the basis of Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. In order to be Technically Acceptable, the vendor must submit their itemized quote and must meet all criteria within the Statement of Work, including the specified brand name equipment. ------------------------ New 6 Attachment: Please see attached for the pictures of the chiller and the electricals. ------------------------ The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, tools, material, supervision, and any other items necessary to properly remove and replace, one (1) Trane chiller, one (1) chilled water pump and all supporting equipment. The contractor shall also, following the same requirements, install one (1) 15-ton Trane chiller). *Trane air cooled water chillers. The contractor will be required to provide and install one (1) new properly sized chilled water pump and one (1) BAS line starter to operate the chilled water pump(s) properly. Additionally, the chosen line starter must be able to operate, start/stop and monitor using existing facility controls system.
