Below is the proposed Grounds Maintenance Services for the pre-solicitation notice to be posted on sam.gov (formally FedBizOps) website. 2. This acquisition is competitive and set aside for 8(a). It will be a Firm Fixed Price Contract and the award will be made to an 8(a) Small Business. This acquisition is being synopsized under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 561730. Small business size standard is $9.5 million. All other firms are deemed ineligible to submit offers. 3. Dyess AFB requests the purchase of a Grounds Maintenance Service, see attached PWS (Performance Work Statement) for further information. 4. This is a synopsis and does not obligate the government to award; the government reserves the right to withdraw the synopsis and any forthcoming solicitation without due compensation to potential offerors. This announcement does not constitute a Request for Proposal. The solicitation shall incorporate provisions and clauses that are in effect through the most current Federal Acquisition Circular. 5.
