This is a presolicitation for the requirement to expand the existing fenced-in area to secure wreckage for various small aircraft, known as the crash lab. The fence needs to be 7’ tall with three strands of barbed wire on top. The expansion adds an additional 75,000 square feet to the existing training pad. The solicitation should be posted on or about 27 August 2024. This is not a solicitation. Proposals will not be accepted at this time.
