Local Telecommunication Services (LTS) will provide essential local area Telecommunication Services (TS) and features supporting the installation 24 hours a day/seven days a week/365 days a year (24/7/365). TS shall include, as a minimum but not limited to: local access for Integrated Services Digital Network (ISDN) Primary Rate Interface's (PRI’s); local exchange trunks; transport channels; point-to-point circuits; commercial business lines and features; internet services; direct inward dial directory numbers and number portability; local and Intra-Local Access and Transport Area (LATA) access; and interconnection with Inter-LATA exchange carrier. The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract for this requirement to Southwestern Bell Telephone Company. Justification and Approval document is attached. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
