THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE FOR INFORMATION ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL OR QUOTATION OR AN ANNOUNCEMENT OF A SOLICITATION. This sources sought synopsis announcement does not constitute a formal solicitation and is not a request for proposal, request for quote, invitation for bid, does not obligate the government to award a contract, issue a solicitation, reimburse respondents for any proposal preparation and/or submittal costs, nor does its issuance in any way restrict the Government as to its ultimate acquisition approach. Further, the U.S. Government will not accept unsolicited proposals in response to this sources sought notice. The U.S. Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this notice and submittals will not be returned to the sender. Not responding to this notice does not preclude participation in any future RFQ or IFB or RFP, if any is issued. This requirement is for the removal, clean up and disposal of the old pallet secondary drain system per EPA standards. It also includes the purchase of ten (10) new spill pallets and two (2) spill pallet ramps, as per the specs listed in the Statement of Work (SOW). All interested parties shall provide their capability statement no later than July 9, 2024 at 12:00 PM (CDT) to Ms. Cheryl Lynn at cheryl.lynn.1@us.af.mil. Capability Questions/Statements: 1. The name of the firm, point of contact, phone number, email address, DUNS number, CAGE code, a statement regarding business status (including small business type(s)/certifications(s) such as SDB, 8(a), HUBZone, SDVOSB, WOSB, etc.), the corresponding NAICS code, and any applicable GSA Contract Number. 2. Identify whether your firm is registered in the Systems for Award Management website (www.sam.gov). Yes or No. 3. Provide information in sufficient detail regarding previous experience (indicate whether as a prime contractor or subcontractor) on similar requirements (include size, scope, complexity, timeframe, government or commercial), pertinent certifications, etc., that will facilitate making a capability determination.
