Description: The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, tools, material, supervision, and any other items necessary to properly remove and replace, the current Tiger Shark traffic spike system with the TT30-FM (or equal) traffic spike system for the Antiterrorism Program at Dyess Air Force Base, Abilene, Texas in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW). All work performed by the contractor shall be performed in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, standards, instructions, and commercial practices.
