The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, tools, material, supervision, and all other necessary items to prepare work site for removal and replacement of the synthetic turf at the football field. This requirement is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business set-aside. All interested vendors must be registered as a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business under NAICS 238990. Site Visit: A site visit will be held 13 June 2023 9:00 a.m. CST. Vendors wanting to attend the site visit must RSVP by 4:00 P.M CST on 12 June 2023. To RSVP please email danny.webb.2@us.af.mil and christa.garrigas.1@us.af.mil. If the Vendor does not have existing base access, an escort will be provided. QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS: Vendors may submit questions to danny.webb.2@us.af.mil and christa.garrigas.1@us.af.mil by 4:00 P.M. CST 14 June 2023. SUBMISSION REQUIRMENTS: Interested vendors must submit a technical approach and material list in order to determine technical acceptability. Vendors should not simply restate the Statement of Work for their technical approach. Please review all attachments for further specifications. DUE DATE: Interested vendors must submit proposals by 10:00 A.M. CST 23 June 2023 to danny.webb.2@us.af.mil and christa.garrigas.1@us.af.mil. In accordance with FAR 36.204(c) Disclosure of magnitude of construction projects: Between $500,000 and $1,000,000.
