Dyess AFB is looking to award a firm fixed price single award IDIQ. Length of contract will be a two year base period and two two-year option periods for a total length of six year. Description of requirement: The work requirements to be performed by the contractor consists of, but are not limited to, various repairs and/or complete reconstruction to various Airfield pavements at Dyess AFB, Texas. Work will be released to successful contractor in work packages via individual task orders. The government reserves the right to utilize in-house forces to accomplish work on airfield pavements; however, the government guarantees that all task orders for airfield pavement work will be awarded to the contractor, except for those instances where government in-house forces are used. Work may include but is not necessarily limited to: 1) concrete slab removal and replacement, 2) concrete spall repair 3) joint sealant replacement 4) airfield pavement markings 5) and other pavement related work at Dyess AFB, Texas, in strict accordance with the plans and specifications. This requirement is being solicited as a Small Disadvantaged Business Set-Aside and will result in a single award FFP ID/IQ contract. The designated NAICS Code is 237310 Highway, Street, & Bridge Construction, Size Standard $45M. Magnitude of construction: For IDIQ: The estimated price is more than $10,000,000.00. For task order: Will be determined at the task order level Question and answers: All questions will be due by 10 April 2023 by 1100 CST. Submission due date: Electronic RFPs are required. RFPs are due no later than 28 April 2023 at 1400 CST. All prices shall be valid for 180 days after the proposal due date.
