Dyess AFB is looking to procure reliable Giant Voice and accessible outdoor communications for security, safety, and effective operations. The new Giant Voice system will replace the antiquated existing system to meet fully operational requirements. The existing system includes 16 poles at various locations across Dyess AFB that can be used to support the new Giant Voice system. Please see attached Statement of Objectives and RFQ for more details. Deadline for receipt of offers: 25 September 2023, 10:00 a.m (CST). Amendment will be posted with questions and answers no later than September 20, 2023. Amendment 1: Uploading Existing Giant Voice System Map on Dyess AFB Amendment 2: Uploading Amended SOO to remove required annual maintenance plan Amendment 3: Extend question due date from September 14 to September 18, extend quote submission due date from September 18 to September 25, and update SOO to state 17 pole locations instead of 16. Amendment 4: Upload Questions and Answers, and update SOO to remove 2 year annual maintenance plan.
