The TDM to IP Integration is a total turnkey operation to upgrade remaining TDM components of the existing Avaya Aura Communications Manager system (system version 10.1) at Dyess AFB. The upgrade includes the following Avaya product line hardware/software major components; Enterprise Survivable Servers, IP Analog Line Gateways, Session Border Controllers, VoIP telephones, and decommissioning dated Avaya hardware. Upgrade shall be executed by Avaya Certified Partners and include one year of Support with Upgrade Advantage (Software Protection for next major release) and Local Advantage (US Based support personnel). The contractor shall provide and install all necessary equipment of the upgrade system solution that is in compliance with the latest version of the Department of Defense (DoD) Unified Communications Requirements (UCR), Security Technical Implementation Guide (STIG), and Military Unique Deployment Guide (MUDG). The contractor shall ensure all purchased equipment must be on the DoDIN Approved Products List (APL). The proposed solution will be compliant with UCR 2008, Change 3 and shall conform to applicable AFI 33-111 requirements (dialing plan, voice mail, security, etc). All right to use/software licensing and existing feature sets that may now not require right to use licensing before any upgrades, will be grandfathered and fully functional after the upgrade at no additional cost to the government *****The solocitation was extended to July 12th, also vendor questions were posted along with the RFQ -5 document. 6/30/2023
