The Base Civil Engineering may require Title I, Title II, and Other Architect-Engineer (A-E) services. Successful A-E firms may be primarily architectural or engineering in nature and provide a full range of other engineering or architectural disciplines. The Air Force will award multiple, firm fixed price, Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contracts comprising of a one-year base year with four one-year options. The maximum contract amount shall not exceed $5,000,000.00 for the life of the contract. The minimum task order amount is $2,500.00 and the maximum task order amount is expected to be $1,000,000.00. The estimated contract award date will be the third quarter of 2023. The general scope of work includes, but is not limited to: site visits, field investigations, development of design analyses, plans, drawings, specifications, cost estimates, other necessary documents for contract accomplishment, and other studies, investigations, and services as required. This requirement is a Small-Business set-aside with a ***local area set-aside of 180 mile radius***. All interested vendors must be registered as a Small Business under NAICS 541330. AE Synopsis: The 7th Civil Engineering Squadron requires an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Contract vehicle to provide Title I, Title II, and Other Architect & Engineering (A-E) Civil and Structural Services to support Dyess AFB renovations and mission requirements for the 7th Bomb Wing and all mission partners. This is a new requirement. This IDIQ will allows us to streamline our A-E requirements, ensuring we are able to obligate our budget quickly. Provide project site investigation; complete detailed designs for maintenance, repair, alteration, and new construction projects, and construction management, including submittal reviews. These projects will require multi-disciplinary planning, designing and engineering service for institutional, commercial, and industrial type facilities. In addition, provide all labor, equipment, materials, tools, parts and transportation to and from the job site to provide Title I, Title II, and other A-E services for an open-end A-E design contract at Dyess AFB, Abilene, TX. This will be a Single Award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a base and four option years.. This contract will be awarded as a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract to greatly reduce the risk to the Government.
