This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price award for the requirement of Elevator Maintenance and Repair Service at Dyess AFB, TX. Applicable NAICS: 238290 Other Building Equipment Contractors. PSC: J059 Maintenance/Repair/Building of Equipment – Electrical and Electronic Equipment Components. The period of performance will begin 01 June 2023, for a base period of one (1) year plus four (4) option periods to be exercised at the discretion of the Government. This procurement has been set aside 100% for award to Small Business concerns. This solicitation is issued under authority of FAR 13.5, Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items, and the conduct of the procurement will be in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13 or some combination thereof. An optional site visit will be conducted on 14 March 2023 at 9:00a.m. at the following location: Dyess AFB Fitness Center 525 Ave B, Bldg 7104 Dyess AFB, TX 79607 Interested contractors should verify their availability for a site visit with elizabeth.rios-santiago@us.af.mil. Interested contractors may submit quotes, and all eligible quotes must be received prior to the response date listed to be considered by the Government. Questions are due 27 March 2023, by 10:00 a.m. Central Standard Time (CST). RESPONSES ARE DUE by 31 March 2023, 10:00 a.m. Central Standard Time (CST).
