The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, tools, material, supervision, and any other items necessary to properly remove, 1 (one) 40-ton CARRIER chiller, one (1) chilled water pump and all supporting equipment. The contractor shall also, following the same requirements, install 1 (one) Trane air cooled water chillers. The contractor will be required to provide and install 1 (one) new properly sized chilled water pump and 1 (one) Franklin BAS line starter or equivalent to operate the chilled water pump(s) properly. Additionally, the chosen line starter must be able to operate, start/stop and monitor using existing facility controls system. Furthermore, an additional 40-ton Trane chiller will be ordered and delivered to 7 CES. Site Visit: A Mandatory site visit will be held 9 June 2023 9:00 a.m. CST. Vendors wanting to attend the site visit must RSVP by 4:00 P.M CST on 7 June 2023. To RSVP please email john.craig.16@us.af.mil and brianna.johndrow.2@us.af.mil. If the Vendor does not have existing base access, an escort will be provided. Due to the additional Chiller being bought and not installed, there will not be an additional site visit and only those who went to the original mandatory site visit will be considered for this requirement. SUBMISSION REQUIRMENTS: Interested vendors must submit a technical approach, a material list in order to determine technical acceptability and the name of the personnel who attended the mandatory site visit.
