Project Title: Dyess AFB Handyman IDIQ This requirement is for the Dyess AFB Handyman Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ). This will be used to satisfy a diverse group of construction and design-build projects for the base. This is a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside. The Government award target is three individual contracts under this solicitation; however, the Government reserves the right to evaluate and/or award more than or fewer than the target number of contracts based upon Source Selection Authority determination. The initial project will fall under the NAICS Code 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, size standard of $39,500,000.00. There will be an initial one (1) year ordering period with four (4) 1-year optional ordering periods. The guaranteed minimum amount over the life of this contract is $500.00. The seed project magnitude is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. The seed project will be awarded at time of funds availability. See FAR 52.236-27 Alt 1 and Attachment2g for Site Visit. The period of performance for the seed project shall be minimized to the maximum extent possible. Construction shall start after the Contracting Officer releases the Notice to Proceed. The total aggregate maximum amount expendable under the entire Handyman life-cycle SHALL NOT EXCEED $5,000,000.00. Type of Contract: Firm-Fixed Price, IDIQ Notice to Offers: Funds are not available for the seed project: Renovating the Base Gym/ BLDG 7104 hallway flooring, skylights, bathroom sinks and pipes. Award under this solicitation is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. The government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation at any time. In the event the government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.
