The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, tools, material, supervision, and any other items necessary to properly remove and replace, one (1) 300 ton chiller, one (1) chilled water pump, along with replacing all existing heat trace and insulation. Additionally the chosen chiller must be able to operate, start/stop and monitor using existing facility electrical and controls system. The work will be accomplished on the West side of the building (flight line side) near existing MUA units. The contractor shall provide a 300 ton chiller that shares the same specifications as the (RTAC 3004 UW0N UAFN L1TX 1CDL NN5U N10N G0EX N). The contractor will be responsible for extending the existing concrete pad by 3 ft by 17 ft and 8 inches thick to hold the new HVAC unit.
