Dyess AFB requires an addition to the current system to provide stand-alone operation in the event of connectivity loss to the current Zone Core at Barksdale AFB and Dynamic System Resilience (DSR) Core at Peterson AFB. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, installation, configuration management, labor, material, documentation, and services in support of the program. Services include project management and systems engineering services in support of the design, system staging, site preparation and development, fiber-optic cable installation and termination, equipment installation and optimization, and acceptance testing. The contractor shall perform all necessary efforts in the completion of this project to receive site acceptance. Building 7328 will house the equipment installed under this contract. The System shall provide redundancy for the base, ensuring RF and Dispatch Consoles continue uninterrupted operation in the event the base loses connection to the Zone Core and DSR Core. Please see attached RFI MFR, Specifications List, and SOO for further information. ***Please note that this will be a brand name purchase. Motorola will be the only acceptable brand for this requirement. A Brand Name Justification and Approval is being routed through the proper channels for approval currently.***
