All quotes must be emailed to kasey.hutton.1@us.af.mil and sonya.salisbury@us.af.mil . This requirement will be accomplished in three Phases. Phase I will involve Installation of Vindicator System while current Monaco system is still active. Phase II will comprise of Removal of Existing Monaco System. Phase III will involve end user training and maintenance. The installation this document will define the general requirements for the installation of a Vindicator Electronic Security System that will provide both an Intrusion Detection System (IDS) and an integrated Access Control System (ACS).
