The 7th Force Support Squadron requires fitness instructors to lead aerobics classes weekly. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, equipment material, supervision and transportation necessary to provide aerobics fitness instruction services at Dyess Air Force Base as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The base period will be 4 months, starting June 1, 2022 and ending 30 Sept, 2022. There will be 4 option years that then begin 1 Oct, 2022 to 30 Sept, 2023; 1 Oct, 2023 to 30 Sept, 2024; 1 Oct, 2024 to 30 Sept, 2025; 1 Oct, 2026 to 30 Sept, 2027. Due to an administrative oversight the solicitation has been extended through 11 May 2022, to allow all interested vendors to review updated attachments. All vendors shall acknowledge this amendment when submitting quotes.
