Amendment 1 is updated with quantities and current FAR Circular date 13 ASOS is in the need to replace missing components of the unit's PRC-117G and PRC-152 radio kits. These radios are needed for air-ground communications with the aircraft to pass along enemy coordinated for air strikes. These parts are made specifically for the tactical radios for 13 ASOS. Using any other brand or similar parts may interrupt and degrade the capabilities of the radios. DEADLINE FOR RECEIPT OF QUESTIONS: A Q&A period to allow for any required clarifications will be open until 21 July 2021, 4:00 P.M. (CST). All answers will be posted publicly as an amendment to this solicitation on beta.SAM.gov. SUBMISSION OF OFFERS: The offeror is not required to use Page 2 through 4 of the attached RFQ as a quote template. However, if not used, all of the information requested on Page 2 through 4 must be included. Offerors shall complete and return FAR Provision 52.204-6 Covered Telecommunications Equipment or Services-Representation. DEADLINE FOR RECEIPT OF OFFERS: 26 July 2021, 4:00 P.M. (CST). Evaluation of Offers: The evaluation for this acquisition will be solely based on lowest price of items that are found to be technically acceptable. By signing its offer, the offeror certifies that each price stated on each CLIN includes an appropriate apportionment of all costs, direct and indirect, all state and local taxes, overhead, and profit.
