This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), solicitation number FA4661-21-Q-0013 Motorcycle Safety Training in accordance with FAR Part 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-04. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) (www.sam.gov) in accordance with (IAW) FAR 52.204-7. This procurement is being issued as a 100% small business set-aside solicitation. The North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 611699, All Other Miscellaneous Schools and Instruction. For the purpose of this procurement the small business size standard is $12.0M. All offers shall be valid until 1 October 2021.
