The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, personnel, supervision, management, tools, equipment, transportation, materials and any other items necessary for the breakdown, evaluation, repair, and testing of the carwash in order to bring it back into a fully operational state. The contractor is responsible for the entirety of the repair, to include testing and installation of any and all replacement parts to ultimately result in a fully functional car wash in accordance with this statement of work, any attached appendices, manufacturer standards, applicable US laws, commercial standards and business practices.
