Quotes are now due on September 02, 2020. The Dyess AFB (7 CMS) is procuring an automated benchstock system that modernizes the reporting and reordering of engine parts. There currently is wasted time when waiting in line for equipment before they can retrieve their parts. There is also a large time spent daily when inventorying each bin to ensure quantities are not above or below the allowable limits. The requirement consist of an automated bench stock dispensing station w/touchscreen and up to 1048 Bins, parts cups w/ required operating accessories, a management station w/Autocrib software license (or equal), Air Force Bench Stock custom reports, Autolocker FX or equal (4 frames w/119 Automated Modular Doors), Warranty 5 Year DOD Only, SIT – Setup, Install and Training and IAW an attached Performance work statement (PWS) and all additional specifications. Deadline for receipt of offers: 02 September 2020, 3:00 p.m. (CST). All quotes can be emailed to rebecca.cudjoe.1@us.af.mil. All questions must be submitted NLT August 21 at 3.00 PM CST.
