The contractor shall provide installation of a new Electronic Security System (ESS) approved by the USAF to be able to monitor Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities (SCIFs). This system will require the installation of two primary monitoring stations within the Base Defense Operations Center (BDOC), Alternate BDOC, and two dependent SCIFs. The term ESS covers both Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS) and Access Control Systems (ACS). The scope of the ESS will cover multiple secured areas (BDOC, Alt BDOC, Building 8031, Building 6030B) governed by various security doctrines. This scope of work requires activities to include, but are not limited to: site surveys, logistics, parts purchasing, programming, and installation time lines. This project requires the installation of software and hardware for multiple components and peripherals to ensure entire ESS system meets minimum standards.
