This action is to increase the ceiling amount of the Dyess AFB Paving contract. The Dyess AFB Paving contract was awarded 29 September 2017 to a single contractor, FA466117D0001, with a period of performance expiring on 28 March 2023. Due to unforeseen mission increases, and continued escalation of construction prices over the last two fiscal years, an increase in the ceiling is required. Based off 7th Civil Engineering Squadron (CES) scope of work projections, a $6M ceiling increase is required in order to fulfill the remaining paving requirement.
