The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, tools, material, supervision, and all other items necessary. The contractor will remove old carpet from the 7th Contracting Squadron’s Large Conference in building 7238.and replace it with standard color vinyl plank flooring, vinyl 4” cove base, and install vinyl transition strips or similar flooring (non-carpet).
