The 7 Civil Engineering Squadron (7 CES) is requesting to conduct a cross-connection survey on 265 buildings assuming all have a water supply (244 buildings plus 10% contingency) and will require inspection. The survey shall include a 100’ radius surrounding the outside of each building. All survey data shall be collected using a tablet tool that easily uploads SDSFIE-compliant attribute data to the Dyess AFB GeoBase system contractor shall provide equipment. The goal of this effort is to provide corrective action recommendations that the base must implement to maintain compliance with Safe Drinking Water Act (SDWA) requirement to eliminate potential or actual cross-connections.
