Provide custodial services to assigned buildings at Dyess AFB, Texas, in a manner that will maintain a satisfactory facility condition and present a clean, neat and professional appearance. Contractor shall accomplish all cleaning tasks associated with this contract to include, but not limited to sweeping and mopping of floors, vacuuming and shampooing of carpets, cleaning of water fountains, walls, doors, low and high dusting, and be required to provide and replenish hand soap, paper products in all restrooms identified in order to meet the requirements of this contract. Maximum cleaning frequencies are established in Air Force Common Operating Level of Standard (AFCOLS). All work performed by the contractor shall be performed in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, Headquarters Air Force (HAF) standards, instructions, and commercial practices. The period of performance for this contract will include a base year (12 Months) followed by 4 option years (12 months each)
