It will be a Firm Fixed Price Contract and award will be made to a local small business concern. This acquisition is being synopsized under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 237310. Small business size standard is $39,500,000. The purpose of the solicitation is to acquire Airfield Rubber Removal, Airfield Paint Removal, and Airfield Re-striping (R3). The Contractor(s) will furnish all plant, labor,supervision, materials, tools, equipment, incidentals, supervision, and management to perform R3 on multiple location to include Dyess AFB, Texas, Joint Base San Antonio, Texas and Laughlin AFB, Texas for a mulitiple award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ).
