This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ), solicitation number FA4661-21-Q-0009 Snyder Fire Alarm in accordance with FAR Part 13 – Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-05/3-10-2021. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) (www.sam.gov) IAW FAR 52.204-7. The North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 334290 "Other Communications Equipment Manufacturing". For the purpose of this procurement the small business size standard is 7.5M. All quotes shall be valid for a period of 120 days from the due date of the solicitation.
