The purpose of this notice is to: 1) Post Questions and Answers (Q&As) Memorandum for Solicitation FA4661-20-R-0001 Dyess AFB MACC; and Amendment FA4661-20-R-0001-0005 SF30. 2) Post updated Solicitation FA4661-20-R-0001, previous document in beta.SAM.gov notice will be removed and replaced by the new document. This updated document includes: the correct PoP for the seed project in Block 10, includes new proposal due date in Block 13, lists all Amendments in Block 19, and corrects FAR 52.211-10 and removes duplicate of the same clause. 3) Post updated Attachment 2 "MACC Solicitation Sections L and M", previous document in beta.SAM.gov will be removed and replaced by the new document. Changes to this document are in response to the Q&As memorandum. 4) Post updated Attachment 4 "Seed Project SOW" and add new document "Seed Project SOW Addendum One". Seed Project SOW Addendum One contains the majority of changes in response to the Q&A memorandum. This document will become part of the awarded task order. The updated Seed Project SOW only has minor changes which are: updated Para 1.5 to remove mention of contractor having to use MS Excel AF Form 3064/3065 (only PDF required), removed any mention of documents allowed to be submitted 2 hours after bid time, and matched Pricing Schedule CLINS to Pricing Breakdown Worksheet (Solicitation Attachment 6). 5) Post updated Attachment 6 "Pricing Worksheet (SOW att G)", previous document in beta.SAM.gov will be removed and replaced by the new document. Changes to this document are in response to the Q&As memorandum. 6) Post updated Attachment 1 "MACC Solicitation Sections F-H", previous document in beta.SAM.gov will be removed and replaced by the new document. Changes were made to Off-Ramp Procedures. 7) Past Performance Questionnaires (PPQ) will be accepted until proposal due date/time. An updated document will not be included with this amendment. Offerors shall inform PPQ POCs of the final date/time to submit these to 7CONS.Team.SourceSelection@us.af.mil, if not submitted already. 8) No further questions will be accepted at this time. * Shortly after posting Amendment FA4661-20-R-0001-0005 to this notice, it was discovered the SF30 Form Block 11 boxes regarding proposal extensions were both checked due to a system glitch. The SF30 has been re-uploaded with the correct information.
