NOTICE TYPE: Combined Synopsis/Solicitation PROPOSAL SUBMISSION INFORMATION: Proposals must be submitted no later than 25 September 2020 in order to be considered for award. Proposals must remain valid for 90 days after submission. Proposals must be e-mailed to the addresses identified above. A signed copy of page 2 of this form (or equivalent*) must be included in your email. SITE VISIT: An optional site visit is scheduled for 23 September 2020 at 10:00 AM CST inside Bldg 7104 at Dyess AFB. Offerors shall confirm their interest in the site visit no later than 10 September 2020 and request arrangements for base entry, if needed. Additional project questions must be submitted by COB 23 September 2020. Description: The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, tools, material, supervision and all other necessary items to remove and replace flooring in specified areas of the Dyess Fitness Center. Specialty flooring material, colors and pattern will be approved by the Fitness Center Director prior to installation. The contractor will prepare the performance area to include removing original flooring in a way that will not cause major or permanent damage to the facility. The contractor will discard the original material as described in Disposition of Waste, Excess, Scrap, and Salvage Materials. NOTE: This is a resolicitation due to lack of received offers. As of such, there will be questions and answers attached that were a result of the site visit held for the previous solicitation.
