This combined synopsis and solicitation is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ), solicitation number FA4661-20-Q-0145 Telecommunications Rewire in accordance with (IAW) FAR Part 13 -- Simplified Acquisition Procedures and FAR Part 12- Commercial Items. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2020-07 effective 02 Jul 2020, to Defense Publication Notice (DPN) 20200605 effective 05 June 2020, and AFFARS AFAC 2019-1001 effective 1 October 2019. This acquisition was originally solicited with FA4661-20-Q-0110 Honeywell Vindicator on 28 August 2020 and removed from that RFQ on 3 September 2020. The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract for this requirement. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. This acquisition was originally solicited with FA4661-20-Q-0110 Honeywell Vindicator on 28 August 2020 and removed from that RFQ on 3 September 2020. Site Visit: There will be a site visit conducted for all interested vendors in order to walk all buildings to see full details of each location. Site visit will be scheduled for 11 September 2020 at 10:00 A.M. (C.S.T.). Potential offerors shall call to notify of planned attendance for the site visit no later than 10 September 2020 3:00 P.M. (C.S.T.). Please provide list of names to the email addresses above of all individuals that will be attending the site visit. Proposal is due 15 September 2020 by 12:00 P.M. (C.S.T).
