This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial service prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; this is a Request for Quote (RFQ) and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is FA4661-20-Q-0013. 2. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-01 effective 11 Nov 2019, DPN 20190531 effective 1 October 2019, and AFFARS AFAC 2019-1001 effective 1 October 2019. 3. The North American Industry Classification System code (NAICS) is 562998, All Other Miscellaneous Waste Management Services. A Small Business Size Standard for this NAICS code is $7.5 Million. 4. Period of Performance: One (1) base year of 12 months plus four (4) 12 month option years for a total contract length of five (5) years. 7. Evaluation of Offers: IAW FAR 52.212-2: The evaluation for this acquisition will be based on the ability to meet the technical capabilities outlined in the Performance Work Statement. All offers will be ranked based on price from the lowest priced offer to the highest price offer. Award will be made to the lowest priced technically acceptable, responsible offeror whose proposal conforms to the RFQ. 11. IAW FAR 52.232-18 Availability of Funds. Funds are not presently available for this requirement. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.
