This contract is a firm fixed price, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) for Protective Coating. This contract is for a broad range of exterior painting, interior facility maintenance, signage, pavement markings, airfield markings, and floor refinishing on Dyess Air Force Base. The overall magnitude of construction for this contract is between - $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Magnitude of construction will be determined at the task order level, but will not exceed $1M. A Notice to Proceed (NTP) and Period of Performance (POP) will be indicated on an individual task order level. This will be solicited as a 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Set-Aside. The designated NAICS Code is 238320, Painting and Wall Covering Contractors, Size Standard $15M.
