This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for the supply of commercial items, pad mounted 15kV 3 Phase Switchgear and pad mounted 1000 kVA 3 Phase Transformer, prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; this is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is FA4661-19-Q-0115. 2. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-05 effective 13 Aug 2019, DPN 20190809 effective 09 Aug 2018, and AFFARS AFAC 2018-0525 effective 25 May 2018. 3.
